I think it's absolutely retarded that this woman got in any trouble at all. It was clearly an accident and we have way bigger things to worry about than a woman accidentally stealing a 2 dollar pumpkin. They need to get their priorities straight adn focus on the actual problems. She could just get probation if she pleads guilty, but she won't do that.
